Hello!
When I run "cmake .." from the build dir, i get this:

--   Package 'xputty', required by 'virtual:world', not found
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:20 (include):
  include could not find requested file:
    Utils.cmake
-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

I apologize, I was blind, I only noticed the missing xputty package from pkgconfig, not the Utils.cmake which is indeed a file left by mistake.
