Hyades needs to be ready to demo at the end of April.

There are a number of components that don't need to be ready, but a number that do.

Key TODOs:

Ceph cluster -- Deploy Ceph and Rook for disk storage #29
Spike load balancer -- sipb/spike
Demo application -- Construct demo application #271
Hardware (ordered) -- Spec hardware for cluster #78
Hardware (received) -- Deploy hardware #272
Hardware (deployed) -- Deploy hardware #272
Draft of user APIs and commands -- ??

We're avoiding implementing RBAC or the WireGuard overlay network for the time being, as those won't be noticed to be missing during a demo.
