PoC - Integration of Bio Atomspace queries with NuNet

Goal: deliver a measurable deployment of a DAS running the minor FlyBase knowledge base integrated in a NuNet cluster to process queries in a distributed fashion.

• Server side - DAS server running a RedisMongo AtomDB loaded with the minor FlyBase knowledge base provided by Saulo ([email protected]). We already have such server running in Vultr (104.238.183.115).
• Client side - currently, Saulo runs his queries using a server used by the bio team. The idea of this PoC is to use a cluster of NuNet servers to run such queries and measure performance in each case.

We have 2 colleagues from the NuNet team to help in integration. Janaina (manager) ([email protected]) and Joao (developer) ([email protected]). both are available on Mattermost as well.
