Suggest to loosen the dependency on funcy

Dear developers,

Your project tap-exacttarget requires "funcy==1.9.1" in its dependency. After analyzing the source code, we found that the following versions of funcy can also be suitable without affecting your project, i.e., funcy 1.9, 1.10, 1.10.1, 1.10.2, 1.10.3.
