It would be a good idea to have an option to check sanity of the database against the docker repo. Specifically, it would check if the available applications are still available in the docker repo, and delete them if no longer available. Similarly, we could import new applications instead of registering them by hand, or report which applications are not registered in the db but present in the docker repo.
