The application doesn't do much without plugins, which could give people a bad first impression.

I'm inclined to add some default plugins, especially since #72 will mean people can uninstall them if they want to.

datasette-pretty-json
datasette-edit-schema
datasette-configure-fts

This also depends on #41 or a variant of it - right now if the virtual environment exists the app won't attempt to install anything at all, even if the set of default plugins has changed.
