Hi. does ps3rover20.py provide video on windows? i havent been sucessful with it. runs around w the controller fine...

You have to install OpenCV, for example using the opencv-python package. You will have to modify the code a bit to support OpenCV 3+ (imshow instead of ShowImage etc).
