Weird placement of "Cannot remove" notification

You typically have the option to remove individual items in a campaign unless there is a fixed relationship between several items. Meaning you need to remove the top item (e.g. Page) to remove the linked items (e.g. images). When an item can't be removed we are currently showing this message where the "Remove" action would normally be.

The visual styling/placement of this messaging needs improving.
Recommendations:

• Leave the "Remove" action in the dropdown but in a disable state.
• Add the warning text as a tooltip or after "Remove" text e.g. Remove - (cannot remove linked items)
