Optimised elliptic curve multiplications can exist in pair::g2mul() and pair::g1mul() which will significantly reduce curve multiplication times.

The optimisations use curve endomorphisms over the simple double and add algorithm.
These can be used in signing, public key generation and hash to curve (see #26).
