Description

Bug report from @mcdee via Discord:

In your /config/spec you are returning all the values as strings except GENESIS_EPOCH which is coming back as an integer.

Ditto epoch in /config/fork_schedule.

Closing since all integers are now quoted in config/spec and config/fork_schedule.
