How to generate swagger output #2

I would like to use your tool, but I dont see how to generated your swagger sample file:
https://github.com/signalfx/swagger-cli-client/blob/master/example/petstore-schema.json

It seems to include all the api's in a single page.

When I visit the swagger 1.2 sample it does not show the nested APIs.
