If logs are sent to Splunk Platform and Observability Profiling is enabled, clusterReceiver is failing with the following message: ``` failed to get config: invalid configuration: pipeline "logs" references exporter "splunk_hec/o11y" which does not exist ``` This change fixes the bug.
