Bug Description

When drag and dropping an avatar from the signal desktop app to, for example, your desktop, the avatar image file is saved to your desktop.
This shouldn't be the case. Let's say it will make the app fell more robust and native.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have someone that has a custom avatar in your contact list
  2. Drag and drop his/her avatar on your desktop
  3. The image file of the avatar is now on your desktop

Expected Result:

The avatar drag should be immediately cancelled.

Platform Info

Signal Version: v1.34.1

Operating System: Windows 10 ver 1909

Linked Device Version: Android 10
