[trade] pipelined loading screen

It would be pretty cool to have a loading screen that would show progress. This is particularly useful when trade receipts are loading prior to filling/creating orders. A good progress indicator would be showing the following stages:

1. Loading orders from relayer
2. Pruning orderbook
3. Validating purchase amounts

After this "loading screen", it would redirect to the receipt modal.
