Sifo 3 beta PHPUnit and Travis-CI integration

All repositories (except smarty and the testing one) have Travis enabled. We only need to add the .travis.yml and start using it |

To make Travis start to work with the repo someone needs to activate the hook "Travis" for the repo because I'm not able to do so.
