Bug en js.config de la instancia common #17

En el archivo js.config de la instancia common no se inicializa la variable $config.
Por lo que cuando SIFO utiliza este archivo te suelta este error

Message:
The configuration files must have a variable named $config

Añadiendo un simple $config = array() se evita este error.
