Auto-generate watch list based on comments #4

The idea is to have some kind of DSL to hint debugger, for example

// if we debug this line we should see #variable auto added to watch list
while(variable < 100)
  variable++;   // some complicated code using "variable"

not sure about syntax, open for suggestions
