Fix issues with resizing list and dialog lagging

At the moment the list resize everytime the keyboard appears and the + button move on top of it.
I need to find a way to set a specific height to the list so that it won't resize every time the list changes.

Possible ideas:

• Set height of the list once view is mounted by calculating the height left in the screen after the header
