[Feature request]: How to add custom menu in heading dropdown in editor

Description

The options h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, and h6 are available in the toolbar's heading dropdown menu. I intended to add an extra "normal" or "header" option so that the applied header format could be changed back to plain text.

Problem Statement/Justification

How can I achieve that?

the new option I wanted to add only reset the heading format, not the others as undo functionality do
