主要工作是将其他提供http接口的服务改造成http触发器方式运行

sr-msg项目的代码基本上都可以废弃了，所以就先不浪费时间在现在的代码上迁移了，等开发消息服务时再进行迁移

  • sr-treat代码结构微调
  • @医生相关业务开发
  • sr-test 改造成http触发器方式运行
  • sr-achievement 改造成http触发器方式运行
  • 其他相关文档完善
