整理成表格也行，我下周批量导入，但是后续需要通过后台管理的功能编辑

注意：整理同义词过程中发现有重复症状，我已经在其中以红色字体标出，请将红色字体标注的症状在系统中隐藏 @fushang318

申请调整size为1，申请原因：同义词查询过程中，借助OMAHA子集定制工具节省了时间 @fushang318
