Improve the summary preview metadata

The current metadata for the Shutter Explorer displays a default summary preview "Web site created using create-react-app," when linked in external platforms (e.g., chat applications). This generic message does not accurately reflect the purpose or functionality of the Explorer.

Expected behavior:
The summary preview should provide a concise and meaningful description of the Shutter Explorer, such as: "A public interface that provides insights into the Shutter protocol's operations."
