**Ingredients:**
- 1 large paval (flattened pumpkin)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
**Instructions:**
1. Peel and cut the paval into cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the onion and cook until softened.
4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
5. Add the tomatoes and green chili and cook until the tomatoes are softened.
6. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Cook for an additional 30 seconds, stirring continuously.
7. Add the paval cubes and stir to coat with the spices.
8. Add enough water to cover the paval.
9. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the paval is tender.
10. Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves.
11. Serve hot with roti or chapati.
