The updated manual is nice, appreciated.
One question, related to #104 and Note 2 in section 5.5.2 of the manual. I re-tried the (original) example in #104 with this latest SHOP3 (v3.12), and it still doesn't work. So shouldn't this note be changed?

For now, I am going to release a new version with a bunch of bug-fixes, but I hope to look over the manual sometime soon.
