Error : 'ascii' codec can't decode byte

Hi,

I've got this problem spamming broker's log :

[1423068725] ERROR: [broker-master] [Logstore SQLite] Unexpected in manage_log_brok: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 89: ordinal not in range(128)

I'tried to change logstore-sqlite livestatus' module to logstore-null but error still there.
I've also tried to disable module but it's not changing anything neither.

Never seen it before in shinken previous versions, any idea ?
