Level support is basic, while it works there are the following issues:

Does not correctly report TargetLevel or DurationRemaining.
Does not update CurrentLevel in a timely manner during changes when polling over attribute reporting.
If devices also supports OnOff capability, going from Off to a brightness, the OnOff state is also latent in reporting the change.
