In the Linux flatpak build courtesy of Shiion and SirMangler, the mouse is not captured by the game window. This is true for full screen, windowed, and borderless window.
Fedora 40
Kernel 6.10.6
Reproduced on 6.10.3, 6.10.4, and 6.10.5.
I have reproduced this issue with one, two and three monitors active. The distance between the mouse pointer and the in-game pointer decreases with fewer monitors.
If there's any other info I can provide, please let me know.

Having the same issue on Debian 12 under ChromeOS with the Flatpak build as well. Affecting Prime 1 for the Gamecube (and probably every other game, too, but I only have one of them).
