Loading data with axios and debounce should be available as props.

There's lot of boiler plate code involved out of multiselect which is repetitive,

let itemList = ref([]);
loadItemListFromApi(){
multiselectLoader.value = true;
axios.get('/some-api').then(res=>itemList.value = resp.data);
multiselectLoader.value = false;
}

this code I have to write in each file that is really frustrating,
would be great if all that can be handle inside component itself.
