I.e. either Plausible (which we're paying for Support SF Schools) or Posthog (suggested by John)...

@fwextensions I signed up for a free Posthog account and invited your [email protected] address to be an admin. Plausible credentials are in the Shared Hosting/Infrastructure folder in LastPass
