As a Contributor I want to enable a setting from Trinary so that I can receive email notifications of week-over-week metrics on Allocations+TimeEntries+Rates.
As a Contributor I want to know if I am hitting my weekly and monthly hour targets for max_budget Rates on paid Allocations so that I can plan my work for the week accordingly.
