The "proof of work" that occurs when an Allocation is created and then paid for is fully subjective to be left to whoever is making the Payment for the Contributor's work. Some issue tracking and time tracking is in place but there is no robust functionality for showing any kind of objective measures for issues closed over time relative to payments.
It would be interesting to explore if we could model some kind of "proof of work" that both the Contributor and the Client agree is a fair representation of what is being compensated for in each Allocation + Payment.
