Currently, the despeckle graph for SNAP GPT uses the default reader, which is GDAL's.
However, it seems this one is faulty, so use the other one as explained here: https://forum.step.esa.int/t/speckle-filter-sets-0-where-the-intensity-is-negative/42980, related to this bug: https://senbox.atlassian.net/browse/SNAP-3796
