What would you like to be added?

  1. Set PR and ISSUE to be marked as stale after a long time, but do not automatically close ISSUE and PR.
  2. Add feature template

Why is this needed?

  1. Avoid loss due to automatic closing of outdated PR and ISSUE
  2. Avoid mixing features and enhancements to facilitate tracking
