Need to update phpMyAdmin to latest version.

phpMyAdmin 5.2.1
Released 2023-02-08, see [release notes](https://www.phpmyadmin.net/files/5.2.1/) for details.
Current version compatible with PHP 7.2 and newer and MySQL/MariaDB 5.5 and newer.

Will test on VM
