On launch the firmware locks in the ntpConnect method, never achieving exit criteria.
No changes in the code out side, so the issue would appear to be server / externally sourced.
This issue seems similar.

As mentioned in the first comment, I've only seen this issue once. Conditions:
Crowded area, probably many devices on WiFi
Solid network connection & data rate
Completely shooting from the hip, but I don't think the issue has anything to do with network speed or robustness. It needs investigation, but seems related to local networking, can't understand how atm, but suggestions exist to point to DNS?
