ops:hasValueLessThan is defined as "Relates a specification to a value that a characteristic must be less than."
Apparently the intent is to define a least upper bound, i.e. the smallest value that the characteristic must be less than.
Example: if we want to define a range of 3 - 6 exclusive, then the smallest value the characteristic must be less than is 6. A single value satisfies this definition. However, any number 6 or larger satisfies the current definition. Therefore the current definition does not clearly define which number the specification should be related to.
Other definitions also need to be modified. The sense of "inclusive" and "exclusive" also need to be preserved.
