Revise release notes to reflect new predicate names

After PR #535 is merged, release notes need to be updated so references to predicates reflect new names - perhaps with a parenthetical reference to the previous name. E.g.,

- Extended the range of `fromPlace`/`toPlace` to include `gist:Address` in addition to `gist:Place`.

to

- Extended the range of `comesFromPlace`/`goesToPlace` (formerly `fromPlace`/`toPlace`) to include `gist:Address` in addition to `gist:Place`.

Contingent, of course, on the new names actually selected.

Also add to release notes that gistDeprecated.ttl has been deleted as part of the major release.
