Is Nightmare still being maintained?

I ask because it's on a really old version of Electron.

There's 14 outstanding pull requests and 113 open issues.

It looks like no code changes in the past year.

I really love this project, but it's going to be increasingly difficult to use if it stagnates.

Active and stable as described in a recent issue.

Stable maybe.

But doesn't seem very active.

The reason I noticed that the Electron version is really out of date is because I noticed the following issue with Apex Charts:

Note the text is being cut off.

This isn't a problem when running the same example in a web browser.

So I thought it must be an Electron problem.

I tried it with latest Electron and it seemed ok:

(I also tried it with Electron 4.1.4).

This is when I realised that Nightmare is stuck on version 1.8.4

I can't repro the problem in Electron 1.8.4, but still the question remains, will Nightmare track current and future Electron versions?

Just adding a comment to direct others looking for an answer to @ashleydavis question,

will Nightmare track current and future Electron versions?

Issue1529 asks the same question. User @netsgnut seems to be testing out a local version with the latest version of electron as of 03/27/2019.

I can't provide any information past the comments and github insights. Cheers to the contributors for a maintaining the project for so long. I hope you can keep it rolling a bit longer.

Just to chime in and say that I still have not resolved some of the remaining issues for upgrading Electron here. I will see if I can push something out, even unpolished, these days.
