Change "texlive-base" to "texlive-latex-base" in README? #30

On Ubuntu 18.04, installing "textlive-base" apparently doesn't install pdflatex.

I'm guessing the same happens in other distros? I haven't checked this, but maybe the README file should be changed/updated?
