Picking highlights from that long list of labeled items:

signer: Improved the "file-based signer" #617 -- this should not be terribly difficult and this blocks good example code
signer API: add public key attribute to Signer interface #605 -- easy-ish, useful
Remove legacy interfaces/implementation #731 -- a bit more involved but lukas has a branch already...
sigstoresigner: support testing PRs #639 -- expected to be fairly simple
