Contradiction in README regarding Python version #4

These two quotes from the README are contradictory:

If you want to run the Jupyter notebook locally on your computer, you need a recent version of Python 3 [...]

[...] you can also use Python2.

I will try with Python 2 for Sage.

Both python versions should work now. I will fix the README
