Register DNS names for both the React front end and the Django admin.

Admin: directory-screen-admin.seas.harvard.edu
Screens: directory-screen-frontend.seas.harvard.edu?

Admin URL will be forwarded to ECS via ELB target group.

Screen URL will be CNAME for CloudFront URL in front of S3 bucket.
