Course instance table: Allow user to choose from their views in the views dropdown

This ticket populates the view dropdown with the user's defined views. Selecting an option from the dropdown alters the view in the table below, showing and hiding columns as necessary.

• All the users views loaded into state when the course instance table is loaded.
• The view names are populated in the dropdown.
• Clicking a view name in the dropdown changes the table below appropriately.

At this point, our primary users have indicated that this feature is not necessary. Unless we hear otherwise, this can go in the deep freeze
