The ci script use trafgen and sv_tools tar archive in docker.
These tools must be integrated to seapath and compiled by the ci to stay up to date

After discussion in the TSC, the tools trafgen and sv_tools will be replaced by the new tools svtrace-ansible and sv_timestamp_logger.
The initial tools will not be open sourced.
