seajs2.3.0+seajs-css 加载css的问题 #7

因为seajs2.3.0一律给后缀加.js后缀，所以到了seajs-css代码里判断url是否为css的时候是false，完全不起作用啊。最后就是404 找不到 xxxx.css.js文件

用spm2分支的，master上是3.0的。
