I saw this was previously noted but leiden clustering using rsc.tl.leiden still yields too many clusters using rapids 24.08. Is there a better solution than downgrading to 23.04?

We are still investigating this issue. We still don't have a reproducer to find the course

This should hopefully be resolved in the RAPIDS cuGraph v24.12 nightlies, if you'd like to install one of the nightly packages and test.
