This will fix the enigmad start --pruning nothing issue we have right now, which can consume a lot of disk space.

Currently having trouble with this. The nodes crash when I try to stop my node, deploy the new binaries and start the node without --pruning nothing.
According to cosmos this shouldn't happen so we're setting up a testnet to test this.
