Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch FSO
  2. Press F3 to enter the ship lab. Notice that the FreeSpace cursor changes to a regular mouse cursor
  3. Close the screen and return to the main hall
  4. The cursor remains a regular mouse cursor

This also happens if step 2 is replaced with:
2. Press F2 to enter the Options screen, then press F3 to enter the new ImgUI options screen.
