Build Error: Depreciated/Removed ffmpeg calls (libav); ContentDecoder/Frame.h

Much of the codebase seems depreciated, with libav/swrast seeing the worst bitrot.

• ContentDecoder/frame.h still uses depreciated function calls from 2019 (AVPicture: avpicture_get_size), that were removed in 2021(commit: 17a7661906ba295d67afd80ac0770422e1b02b3).

@Rogach thanks for those patches ... you saved the sheeps!

Recently, I had also started with adding some fixes, but your work is way more complete.
I have now included your patches into the newer builds in my PPA, and could successfully rebuild for Ubuntu Lunar, Mantic and Noble (and also for recent Debians).
