I tried fitting a single-shell freewater map using scilpy_freewater_maps. However, the generated freewater maps have many zero-value voxels near the white matter. The result is more similar to the ISOVF map from the 3-compartments models, like NODDI, rather than the Laplacian Beltrami framework with 2-compartments model cited in the code. My data only has 15 diffusion-weighted directions, I'm not sure whether the results are correct. Or any model options should be adjusted ?
Thanks!

First of all, sorry for the delay. There was indeed a missing citation in the code. We use the AMICO framework, not the one from Pasternak et al. There might be a problem with your limited number of directions, but we would need to look at the data to have a better idea of the problem.
